Why do you charge for coaching?

I wanted to provide a path to support and success that eliminates the awkwardness of reaching out to strangers to ask for help. Because you’re paying your coach, the time is yours to get what you need. I see it that way, too.

A few more reasons:

  1. I believe i deserve to be fairly compensated for the hard-earned expertise.

  2. My coaching sessions are discrete, one-hour sessions focused on a specific topic. My goal is to provide specific, direct, and actionable feedback to help you succeed in your career.

  3. Paying for a session actually keeps me – and you – accountable! I am dedicated to providing a quality service that will help your career.

Why do I have to fill out a pre-session survey?

Filling out a pre-session form allows me to enter your 60-minute session knowing all the background and everything i need to know before giving you advice. It’ll make your coaching session even better, because you won’t have to spend half your session getting me up to speed!

My Company offers career development advice. How is this different?

Getting advice from within your organization is fantastic. It’s also good to get coaching and advice from many different people with different perspectives. Friends, colleagues…anyone!

I think a paid coaching session offers value because it’s good to speak to someone with an outside perspective. Plus, you may not always feel comfortable asking someone in your company or organization questions about future career plans.

What is the refund policy?

By policy, i don't accept refund requests on the sale of digital goods unless it's stated clearly on a published sales page. Here's why: Digital products are much different than physical goods. By returning a physical good to a seller, the merchant gets to keep the original value of that product. With digital goods, a return is a total and complete loss to the merchant, especially once the product has been "consumed.”

Rest assured: i obsess over the quality of my learning material and i test everything with beta users first to make sure that the content works.

Do you offer payment plans?

The only course we offer a payment plan for, is the UX Design Workshop. I do not offer a payment plan at this time for any of other services.
