My journey has taken me through pivotal roles at organizations like Trulioo, Hatch, and CIBC, where I’ve led UX transformations by establishing design systems, building and mentoring teams, and championing collaborative tools like Figma, Miro, and Tableau.

With a dual background in journalism and education, I bring a unique storytelling approach to design, ensuring user experiences are not just functional but also emotionally engaging. My expertise extends to industrial analytics and tools like Machine Metrics, where I translate intricate data into intuitive dashboards that drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

At Machine Metrics, I’m focused on enhancing the user experience for their industrial IoT platform, transforming complex machine data into intuitive, actionable insights. 

• My role involves designing user-centric dashboards and interfaces, implementing streamlined design-to-development handoff processes, and introducing collaborative tools like Figma and Miro to improve team workflows. 

• I also work on creating scalable design systems and frameworks that empower users to make data-driven decisions efficiently, driving greater machine utilization and operational success.
